Get ready to spark some joy! This month, we’re thrilled to welcome Niki Calabrese, founder and executive director of Dallas Flashers, a high-energy “community joy project” known for bringing spontaneous flash mob performances to public and private events across the metroplex.
With a heart for service and a flair for the unexpected, Niki launched her own nonprofit after years of leading volunteers at other organizations. Dallas Flashers is more than entertainment—it’s a movement to infuse everyday spaces with joy and community spirit.
Niki will share how flash mobs go from idea to action, and how creativity, organization, and fearless positivity drive her mission. Whether you're a maker, mover, planner, or dreamer, you’ll leave inspired to throw on your dancing shoes and join her.
